- Have knowledge of three weak(negative) points about yourself, and turn them into positive points.
- Compliment past employers, don't be negative about them.
- Project your interest to the interviewer if you feel this is a good opportunity for you.
- Express appreciation for the interviewer's time.
- Money: Compensation. In the interview, you probably will be asked to state your salary expectations. What is important to remember here is that they are not really looking for a figure, so do not mention one. They are testing your interviewing etiquette. REMEMBER THIS, AND DON'T FAIL HERE!! There is only one acceptable reply to their compensation question. What you should say is: (Name), I am here because I believe there is opportunity for me with your company. I WILL CONSIDER YOUR STRONGEST OFFER.
- Write thank-you letters after the interview. It's courteous and may be the deciding factor in your favor.
