Assessment and Research – We will first take the time to understand you and your company, its culture, the type of people that fit in with your staff, and learn the unique benefits that will attract quality candidates to your firm.
Recruitment Planning – We will develop the plan for a strategic search to target your ideal candidate.
Defining the Job Order – We will learn the requirements for both hard and soft skills that are required to do the best job for your company.
Search and Recruit – We will perform a file search using internal, external, and internet databases. We will look through a base of existing candidates for contacts, leads, and potential hires. External files include the relationships with comparative corporations and recruiting partners. Internet searches will include web advertising specific to your position and requirements, resume pools, and user groups.
Identify, Profile and Rank – We will make an extensive preliminary list of potential candidates. We will contact the candidates that match the job description and conduct in-dept personal conversations and correspondence. Only those candidates with the desired verified skills, background, and motivation will move forwarded in the interviewing process. Candidates are ranked and presented per requirements.
Candidate Interview – We will coordinate the interviewing process through phone communications and meetings through the placement and employment commencement. We will prepare and debrief the candidates after each interview to answer any additional questions or concerns he/she might have when making a career change.
Perform Candidate Offer and Gain Acceptance – It is our responsibility to deliver the selected candidate to our client companies!
Follow-Up With Candidate and Company - After employment has begun, we will follow up with candidates and client companies periodically to verify complete satisfaction with the placement.
